6.5+ years mapping data, designing integrations, and translating what stakeholders need into configurations that engineers can actually build — across Salesforce, Guidewire, nCino, and MuleSoft.
I've spent the last 6.5 years sitting between people who understand the business and people who understand the code — and making sure nothing gets lost in the handoff.
My work has taken me through commercial lending modernization at TD Bank, capital markets trading systems at Questrade, insurance platform integration at Co-operators, and utility billing at Infosys. Different industries, same core skill: turning ambiguous business needs into data mappings, API specifications, and configurations that hold up under real use.
I own the unglamorous, essential layer of financial systems work — data dictionaries, source-to-target mapping, dimensional hierarchies — the same discipline that keeps a Chart of Accounts or a claims ledger trustworthy. I pair that with hands-on API design (REST, SOAP, gRPC), reporting builds in Power BI and Tableau, and increasingly, AI-assisted workflows to move faster without cutting corners.
Certified in business analysis (CBAP) and Scrum (PSM, PSPO), and comfortable running the room in requirements workshops as much as I am reading a data dictionary line by line.
